Terms, Conditions, and Acknowledgements

Triple G Auto Detailing (TGAD) seeks to provide the best detailing service experience. Thank you for considering our services. Before proceeding to booking your appointment for estimate, carefully read the terms and conditions outlined below. Acknowledgement and agreement are required before booking your appointment. We hope you will find the policies listed below helpful and informative in explaining the extent of Triple G's auto detailing services and in clarifying expectations.

Note: We are not a Mobile Detailing Service; our address is 727 Dexter Rd. Corinna, ME

  1. TGAD does not have a waiting room or restrooms. Vehicles must be dropped off and picked up. Drop off times will be determined at time of booking.

  2. An invoice is generated at time of booking and payment in full is required at pick-up by cash, credit card, or Venmo.

  3. TGAD requires a 24-hour notice to cancel any booking/detailing service. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

  4. TGAD reserves the right to charge up to 1/2 of the scheduled detailing service if canceled by the customer on the day of scheduled service.

  5. TGAD reserves the right to charge a $100 non-refundable retainer for customers with a history of cancelation.

  6. TGAD reserves the right to alter a booking in accordance to weather conditions and/or equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances without penalty to the company.

  7. All personal belongings, money, and other significant items must be removed from vehicle prior to drop off. TGAD will not handle or move personal items. Any areas covered by or containing personal items (such as the center armrest storage or glove compartment) will not be detailed.

  8. Due to child safety, TGAD will not remove or replace car seats under any circumstances. Car seats and booster seats MUST be removed prior to drop off. Should a child car seat be left in the vehicle, TGAD will clean around the car seat but cannot guarantee your complete satisfaction.

  9. TGAD reserves the right to charge each customer based on vehicle size/type, condition, and services requested.

  10. TGAD reserves the right to amend any quoted estimate should the condition of the vehicle change from the time of estimate to the day services are rendered. This will be determined at drop off.

  11. A minimum 10% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

  12. Pet hair and sand are two of the toughest items to remove from a vehicle with normal vacuuming. The removal of either element is not guaranteed, however, on most occasions, we are successful at removing visual traces of both elements.

  13. TGAD cannot fully guarantee complete removal of stains and/or odors from vehicles. Some upholstery and carpets are beyond cleaning, and some stains are permanent. TGAD will consult with the customer about options should this scenario arise.

  14. Some odors cannot be removed by cleaning alone. Additional services may be needed.

  15. Extreme temperatures may cause a film to appear on windows after a professional detail. Please allow the car to cool, then use a microfiber towel to wipe the windows.

  16. TGAD is not responsible for damage due to heavily soiled, stained or damaged interior components, such as dash buttons and steering column buttons and knobs. Such areas may be so caked with dirt, grime, and makeup that cleaning may result in these buttons and knobs losing their markings.

  17. TGAD will include your engine bay in the service at an additional charge ONLY IF REQUESTED at time of estimate. NOTE: TGAD is not responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues which may arise after the wash/cleaning process. Please be certain your vehicle is in good mechanical/electrical working order.

  18. TGAD uses a specialized, delicate process for cleaning your vehicle's headliner; however, there may be remaining stains. The glue used for headliners will start to release and cause sagging if cleaned more aggressively or with stronger cleaning products. TGAD will always use best practices to ensure the safest methods are used for the best result.

  19. TGAD will not use harsh cleaning products on any interior or exterior areas. All products are safe and do not chemically damage carpets, leather, vinyl, plastic, painted, clear-coated, or chrome surfaces.

  20. TGAD is not responsible for baked-on brake dust on the surface or deep within the wheel. Some wheels are beyond cleaning and may need to be repaired or replaced.

  21. Bird droppings, bug splatter, sap, and tar will chemically etch into your vehicle's paintwork if left for a period of time. This will result in a deep chemical mark on the paintwork that may need additional work to safely remove. In some cases, the mark cannot be removed completely without compromising the clearcoat.

  22. Exterior black or grey, textured or smooth trim pieces may be beyond restoration and will have to be replaced. TGAD is committed to attaining the best result.

  23. TGAD will not dress or coat the plastic running boards on trucks and SUVs as it may cause a slip hazard. If you specifically request this service at time of estimate, you agree to accept all liability.

  24. Wax, sealant, and coating durability depends on proper care and maintenance. TGAD recommends safe hand-washing. If TGAD applies a ceramic coating to your vehicle's paint, trim, wheels, or glass and you opt out of the maintenance program to care for the coating, TGAD will not be responsible for premature coating failure. Please consider vehicle coating maintenance every 3-4 months to ensure coating durability.

  25. TGAD will respect your time and personal property and will be polite and courteous at all times, yet reserves the right to refuse, deny or discontinue any service.

  26. TGAD maintains a zero-tolerance policy for verbal or physical abuse; such behavior will result in the immediate termination of your service. Payment will be required for all services rendered prior to termination.

  27. For your safety, please remain 10–15 feet from the work area at drop-off or pick-up to avoid hazards. If you need to speak with me, kindly get my attention from a distance. This buffer helps ensure a safe environment for everyone.

  28. A $100 non-refundable deposit will be required if a ceramic coating is ordered by client at booking.
